Our tatami mats are made from Japanese rush. There are no foreign products such as China. The raw material for the tatami mats is called “Igusa”, which is grown in Kumamoto Prefecture, largest harvest of Igusa in Japan.
Since it is 100% made in Japan, it is of high quality and has a natural scent that creates a calm atmosphere in your space and has the effect of promoting relaxation of the mind and body. Our tatami mats are manufactured without using any adhesives or chemicals, so you can use them with confidence.
